Pilates Fitness Program
Our professional Pilates instruction is offered through group classes or one-on-one private sessions. We offer ongoing Pilates Reformer classes from Monday through Saturday. Private Pilates mat and fitball instruction is available by appointment. Private Restorative and Hatha Yoga appointments are also available.

fitness approach will help you form a toned body with better endurance, improved posture, and smooth, graceful movement. At Motion

Pilates Reformer class prerequisites - It is very important to get the new Pilates reformer student started properly. It sets the stage for optimal workout safety and overall success. Motion On Mainstreet is physical therapist supervised with the goal of getting you started safely and smartly. You will receive customized one-on-one instruction from a certified Pilates instructor who will show you how to get the most out of your Pilates Reformer workouts. We are committed to supporting the new Reformer student's needs and goals, whether they are weight loss, toning a specific area of your body, core strengthening, injury recovery, or just general fitness. Our Reformer Starter Package includes 4 prerequisite private sessions plus 5 Reformer classes.
